With its unique access and touching personal stories, the film follows the daily routine of patients and medical practitioners in the Covid-19 infectious ward of a Kyustendil hospital. The directors spent seventy days in the Intensive Care Unit, sometimes even serving as medical assistants. The production was almost entirely self-financed.
