A centipede is moving confidently and without cares towards the top of a rose bush—until the moment it starts to think. Wondering how exactly it is controlling all its legs, the centipede gets entangled and falls helplessly to the ground. The more it thinks, the more it gets tangled up. This is only the beginning of the tangled situations and unexpected turns that await it on its way to the top.

VERA IVANOVA, born in Sofia, graduated in Animation Directing in 2001 from the Krastyo Sarafov National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts, in the class of Prof. Dimitar Tomov. She works as an illustrator and graphic designer at various publications, and has been involved in the production of many animation projects as an animator and set designer. ‘Centipede’ is her debut film.
