‘Kom-EmiDA’ follows the adventures of a group of thirty-eight that completed the Kom–Emine high mountain trail in 2022. This, the longest tourist route in Bulgaria, follows the ridge of the Balkan Mountains, from Kom Peak in the west to Cape Emine, where the mountain abuts the Black Sea Coast. The film shows what one is capable of achieving when supported by the entire team.

DESISLAVA TODOROVA, a multidisciplinary artist based in Sofia, is principally involved in social projects and those in science and art. Her means of expression are photography and video. ‘Kom-EmiDA’ is Desislava Todorova’s debut film, where she experiments with a non-standard approach to storytelling. She is the founder and creative director of K Media Ltd.
