The show No Man’s Land inspired actor Vladimir Karamazov to enter Belene Prison and photograph convicted murderers. The result was the photo exhibition In Their Place. Later, author Daniela Trencheva takes the actor-photographer back to the prison, where his “models” stand before their portraits and tell their stories.
