Documentary about the punk scene in Ljubljana between 1978 and 1985. The bands formed at that time, made up of high school students, quickly began playing and provoked a wave of repression from the communist party structures.

ANDREJ KOSAK graduated from the Film Academy in Ljubljana. After ten years of successful TV work, he directed his debut feature Outsider, which broke all domestic box office records and brought Slovenian audiences back to cinemas. Outsider was distributed across the former Yugoslav countries, won several international awards, and was Slovenia’s entry for the 1997 Oscars.
