The exhibition is dedicated to women authors who have left an important mark on the history of Bulgarian cinematography. Through archival photographs, film stills, and brief informative texts, the exposition restores the memory of Bulgarian women directors, highlights their contributions, and reveals the richness of documentary cinema in Bulgaria. A catalog of the exhibition will also be presented. 

The exhibition was created by a team from the Institute of Art Studies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences with the support of the Sofia Municipality’s Culture Programme.
