HIERARCHY GLITCH

Austria/Bulgaria, 2019, 06’ 35”, animation

In a purely abstract way Hierarchy Glitch deals with a core idea of the Common Good Economy model. Visual forms and musical interpretation are synchronously tied up in hierarchical behaviour that restrains the full potential of each individual element. Soon the matrix pattern breaks out, connections and directions are lost, resulting in entropic disorder. This is when the single units autonomously connect with the rest, forming organic and balanced constellations. VESSELA DANTCHEVA has been an animation professional since her graduation in Animation in 2002. She is a co-founder of Compote Collective production studio.
